About the NOKIAN brand
NOKIAN is a Finnish tyre brand created in 1898 with the name OY SUOMEN GUMMITEHDAS. Its registered office is located in the town of Nokia. The company is essentially present in Scadinavian countries and Russia where it generates almost 80% of its sales. NOKIAN tyres are specialized in the production of quality tyres in winter and summer version. NOKIAN tyres fit cars, 4x4s, trucks and industrial equipment. However, by 2003, the group sold a big amount of its shares to Bridgestone Europe which remains today the majority shareholder. According to the German magazine Neue Reifenzeitung in 2013, NOKIAN TYRES is the 18th tyre manufacturer in the world.
