Minerva Tyres is a well-known tyre brand existing for over 20 years, since in 1992. But the history of Minerva brand is much longer. It was founded in the early twentieth century in Belgium and formerly it was the manufacturer of luxury cars. Its name comes from the Roman goddess of arts and crafts. Minerva cars were a direct competitor of Rolls-Roys and offered a lower price for the same high quality. Unfortunately, the company was closed in the 1930’s. However, because of the reputation of the brand, Minerva decided to create a new line of tyres with such name and since then it has built a strong reputation with dealers all over the world. The Belgian company Deldo Autobanden NV is the owner and creator of Minerva Tyres. It has the one of Europe's largest tyre warehouse. Minerva Tyres offers tyres for passenger cars, light trucks, SUV, 4x4. Their production takes place in Europe and Asia. Brand tyres are now available in more than 52 countries around the world. The annual Minerva Tyres sales are at a level of million pieces.
